In October, the Attorney General’s Office will hold training sessions for court officials, law enforcement organizations, attorneys, and members of the public to explain how Orders for Protection Against High-Risk Behavior work.

This law allows firearms to be temporarily removed from people who pose an imminent threat of harm to themselves or others.
